This company, established in 1961 have since seen steady growth now with over 25 employees. They specialize in sheet metal fabrication, working with a diverse portfolio of clients including high end residential homes, hotels, museums to industrial and scientific works. Due to their continued development they are looking to add a Design Engineer to their tight-knit team. In this role you will be office based, producing 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks for a range of projects, including sheet metal components. You will liaise with other members of the design team and on-site engineers to produce drawings for laser cuttings, as well as conduct occasional site visits to see your designs come to life. You will have a varied work life with no two projects looking the same, and the opportunity to continue to develop your skillset and knowledge base. This role would suit a Design Engineer who is proficient in SolidWorks looking for a varied and autonomous role within a company who are dedicated to ensuring their employees continued development.
