Residential RICS Surveyors Required Location: Nationwide (London/M25 preferred) Position: Residential Surveyor (RICS/VRS) Salary: Competitive Salary Bonus Car Allowance Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Opportunities Available About the Role: We are currently recruiting for experienced Residential Surveyors across the UK to join a growing property solutions provider. The role will involve conducting Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) RICS surveys, along with associated valuations and property assessments. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveys and working efficiently to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Conducting RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on residential properties Performing some associated valuations and property assessments Delivering surveys with a focus on quality and efficiency Fee earning immediately without the need for additional home survey training Ideal Candidate: Strong recent experience in L2 Building Pathology and Residential Valuation Assoc/MRICS/FRICS with VRS accreditation, ideally with 1-2 years PQE Capable of carrying out surveys and valuations independently, with no lender work Ability to deliver 2 x L2 surveys per day or 1 x L3 survey (mostly without valuation) Priority Locations: While we are particularly focused on recruitment within the London/M25 area, we have multiple immediate opportunities available across other areas of the UK.
