In this contract role, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments and efficient financial operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting and ERP systems. Responsibilities: • Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. • Monitor and manage B2B collections to ensure timely payments from business clients. • Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records. • Perform account coding to classify transactions appropriately. • Coordinate and oversee Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions as part of payment processing. • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable records. • Prepare regular financial reports related to accounts receivable activities. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve workflow. • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. • Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial software tools.• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related accounting roles. • Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP platforms. • Strong understanding of account coding and general accounting functions. • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes. • Demonstrated ability to manage B2B collections effectively. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
