We're looking for Production Operatives to join our expanding team on both permanent and temporary bases. Why Join Us? Adhere to health and safety standards. Communicate daily with the Team Leader on production progress. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and participate in problem-solving initiatives. Work Hours: Option 1: 12hr Shift Pattern 1: 4-day week (Mon-Thurs) and 3-day week (Thur-Sat). Pattern 2: 4-day week (Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat) and 3-day week (Tues-Thurs). Option 2: Variable Hours 32-48 hours per week as needed, with standard hours Monday - Friday and flexibility for overtime and Saturdays. Shift allowance payable.
