Datacenter Technician

Data Centre Technician A leading data centre solutions provider is looking for a Data Centre Technician to join their Critical Services Division . This role ensures 24/7 operational uptime for high-profile clients across European sites. Key Responsibilities: Perform PPMs and service repairs on critical data center systems (UPS, PDU, generators, chillers, AHUs, BMS, etc.). Manage contractor maintenance and ensure compliance with standards. Monitor and respond to BMS alarms and customer requests. Carry out electrical and mechanical isolations safely. Review and update technical documentation and SOPs . Support incident management and fault resolution. Requirements: ✅ Recognized Electrical/Mechanical qualification ✅ Experience in a critical environment ✅ Strong problem-solving, communication & teamwork skills ✅ Ability to work continental shifts ✅ LVAP status (or willingness to obtain) Desirable : Fire marshal training, first aid, NICEIC knowledge Location: Slough Shift-based role | Competitive salary | Career progression opportunities Interested?
