We are looking for a Security Coordinator in Argelia ( Military rank ) , whose main function will be: Elaboration and implementation of security plans, procedures and protocols and crisis management. Security audits. Risk analysis. Security/crisis drills. Monitoring of security services provided by private security companies. Training courses on security and crisis management. Security coordination with local authorities. Security coordination with the Project security structure. Permanent updating of personnel lists. Supervision of escort services. Security management of expatriates in the project (itinerant and permanent). Skills/Qualifications: Senior professional. Technical security knowledge that enables him/her to prepare security documents, such as: Site Security Plan. Evacuation Plan. Contingency Plan. Crisis Management Plan. Security Audits. Risk Assessment Reports. Threat Assessment Reports. Experience in similar international projects (international destinations). Previous experience in Algeria. English B2 minimum level. French B2 minimum level. Spanish A2 level. Competencies: Preferably military (officer rank) Teamwork Leadership Excellent interpersonal skills Communicator Open-mindedness and high capacity to adapt to new circumstances We offer: Salary depending on experience.
