We are looking for a Instrumentation leader with experience in FEEDs and PMC/PMT. Functions: Ensuring the achievement of targets for the Instrumentation, Control Systems and Design activities under his/her responsibility in the development of the Project for design, construction and commisioning, with regards to: Technical level . Men Hours Budget. Planning. Budget Quality levels and compliance with specific project, departmental and company procedures Control of modifications and notification Scope variations Assignment of responsibilities along the work team (jointly with the Department Manager). Focal point for technical / procedural support for the assigned work team. Interface and coordination among Project Direction, other Disciplines and Client, regarding the management of instrumentation discipline activities. If needed, and based on Department Manager criterion, Discipline leader can be, as project leader, moved at site. Enforce the integration of team members. Interdisciplinary Coordination. Help overcome the work difficulties integrating the team, looking for solutions to achieve the goals that have been set. Following up on personnel production and performance ratios. Facilitate and foster a good work atmosphere; detect and report to Department Management about additional requirement on this matter Detecting and reporting back to Department Management about the technical / procedural training needs. Keeping up-to-date with technological development and market innovations. Issuing Work Status Reports Monitoring of List of holds Control of compliance with Drawing Activities Schedule ( Plan4E – NVAT ’s), Periodical updating the official Project “Histograms”. NdC (Change Notices) implementation and continuous follow up, for those cases in which the Instrumentation Discipline is the originator of the Changes of Design. Monitoring of the correct and proper use of the different corporate work tools: SMAT (Marian) ,Documentation Management System (Documentum), VDDR ’s & IAP ’s, Lessons Learne d,3D Model Periodic Activities Direct weekly communication with the Department Manager. Project Monitoring Reports Weekly issue. Updating tables EOM .
