TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Grand Blanc, Michigan, 48439 Pay Information $2,020 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: 2 years recent relevant experience required License: Current licensure by the state board of nursing required Certifications: ACLS and BLS required, Telemetry certification required Must-Have: Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans, Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services, Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel Description: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Can be floated every 4 hours to different units as needed. Patient ratios vary depending on the unit, typically ranging from 1:4 to 1:8. NICE to have NIHSS skills. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
