Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Job Opening: Electrical & Lighting Service Technician We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Lighting Service Technician to join our team This role requires expertise in electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation in commercial environments. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Guide and train a small crew on a semi-regular basis. Reporting: Document findings and completed work, including photos, for client reports. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and repair electrical systems, wiring, and devices. Materials Estimation: Assess job sites and provide materials estimates for repairs. Safety: Strictly adhere to OSHA and safety standards. Availability: Able to work overnight, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed. Qualifications: Licensing: Journeyman license preferred; registered apprentices with strong skills and recommendations considered. Experience: 5 years of field experience preferred. Technical Skills: - Must be able to bend and install conduit. - Familiar with 120-480V systems, lighting, and signage. - Comfortable with exterior work, including occasional bucket truck use. - Able to read electrical schematics/diagrams. - Knowledgeable in electrical math (sizing cable, feeders, derating, etc.) Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for clear reporting and client interactions. Other Requirements: - Diploma/GED. - Chauffeurs license preferred. - Clean driving record and reliable transportation. - Background check required.
