Job Description Job Description The Customer Service Agent will be the intermediary between insurance agencies and their policy holders to schedule review appointments that will encourage business growth and focus on customer retention. For example, State Farm is one of the customer's largest clients. On a daily basis, the agent will be responsible for making 150-200 calls to current policy holders to schedule and confirm these appointments.
