I am working on behalf of a national conveyancing team that is looking to hire a fully remote conveyancer to join its team. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, handling freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership transactions. Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, this role comes with an outstanding and highly lucrative bonus scheme of up to £15,000, with most fee earners averaging circa £10,000. As the successful Conveyancer, you will be managing a substantial caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties, until such time as your manager deems it appropriate to increase your portfolio of cases.
