The Opportunity As part of their succession planning , the firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its thriving, CQS-accredited property team. Working alongside the Head of Residential Property , you will manage a broad caseload while playing a key role in the department's long-term growth and development . Key Responsibilities Handling a varied caseload, including Sales & Purchases, Remortgages, Equity Release, Transfers of Equity, Matrimonial Conveyancing and Leasehold transactions Providing client-facing support , building strong relationships with clients and referral sources Working alongside an assistant to help manage files efficiently Contributing to the future growth of the department About You A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience in Residential Property Strong technical expertise across a broad range of conveyancing matters A team player with excellent client care and communication skills Ambitious and keen to be involved in developing the department What’s on Offer? ?
