You’ll: Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries with precision and confidence Develop technical expertise in commercial insurance while working with experienced professionals Cultivate solid connections with underwriters to negotiate the best outcomes for clients You will thrive in this role if you: Have a strong foundation in commercial insurance, particularly in property, liability, motor, and business interruption Can engage confidently with clients, think on your feet, and solve problems effectively Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing a busy workload Have experience in or an interest in agricultural or farming industries (a rural background or familiarity with farming is a bonus) Why this role?
