Service Engineer

We are working with a reputable company based in Northampton (NN3) who require a Service Engineer. The position is a permanent role paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum Benefits. (DOE) Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm Key Reponsibilities: Handle customer sales enquiries Supply customers with service and parts support Manage warranty processing Work closely with all teams to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times conduct site visits when required Key Requirements: Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on mechanical / electrical systems within a service environment Must have machine repairing experience both on site and in a workshop Experienced in using Microsoft IT applications Excellent communication skills are essential Have a keen eye for detail Must be able to create accurate job reports for work carried out If you are interested in this position or would like further information, please apply with an updated CV.
