Quality Engineer - Special Process

About the Role: As the Quality Engineer - Special Process , you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance across special process activities, including regular audits, NADCAP preparation, and supporting production teams with your technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for: Maintaining NADCAP and other client heat treatment/testing approvals Conducting internal audits and leading improvement actions Overseeing CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives Preparing for and hosting NADCAP and customer audits Collaborating with suppliers on calibration, maintenance, and testing Acting up for the Quality Manager as needed About You: We’re looking for someone with solid aerospace or automotive quality engineering experience and a working knowledge of special processes. The ideal candidate will be confident in audit environments and passionate about compliance and continuous improvement.
