The Role As Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value partnerships, and managing a strong sales pipeline. Your role will focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth. Identify, target, and acquire new clients through proactive lead generation. Leverage industry expertise to create and present tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to generate business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Candidate Criteria Strong industry knowledge. 3-5 years experience in business development or sales within the FMCG sector. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent strategic selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a history of securing new business. Full, clean driving licence.
