Highway Maintenance Operative Belfast Full Time (Shift Rotation Covering 24/7/365) £30,000 - £35,000 (experience dependent) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Highway Maintenance Operative to join one of our longstanding clients, a specialist in infrastructure and maintenance, based in Belfast. The Role: This is an exciting hands-on role, working as part of a dedicated team to maintain, repair, and manage highway assets. The position includes traffic management duties, emergency response, and winter maintenance operations, ensuring the network remains safe and fully operational. Requirements: Cat C HGV Licence and CSR/CSCS certification. Experience in construction, operations, or highway maintenance. Strong focus on health and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good verbal and written communication skills. Desirable: NHSS 12A/B, 12C, or 12D Traffic Management certifications. C&G Winter Service Operative or similar qualification. Streetworks, IOSH, or First Aid certification.
