Job Title: Employment Solicitor Location: St Albans A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is looking to hire a Solicitor to join its successful Employment team. You will be an ambitious Employment Solicitor with 4 years PQE. You will have solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Key Responsibilities: Advising a wide range of clients, including SMEs, multinational corporations and global businesses on complex employment law matters Managing contentious matters, including handling employment tribunal claims for employers and employees Supporting clients with contracts, handbooks, policies, and procedures, as well as advising on TUPE processes Providing expert advice on potential claims and settlement agreements Skills & Experience: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE Experience in contentious and non-contentious respondent matters Proven business development skills Why Join This Firm?
