Head of Maintenance

Head of Repairs Goodman Masson are working with a Housing Association in the South East to secure the services of a Head of Repairs. Rate : £500-£600 per day Duration : 6 months The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading and managing the repairs and maintenance team including an in-house DLO, ensuring a high standard of service delivery Developing and implementing repair and maintenance strategies Overseeing the management of repair works, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations Working closely with other departments to improve the overall quality of our housing stock Monitoring performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiative. Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness The successful candidate will have: Previous experience working within the Housing sector Strong stakeholder engagement
