Military Claims Locum

Job Description: A well-established law firm in Rhyl is seeking an experienced Military Claims Locum to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as acting Claims Officer, handling all claim types including tort, personnel, and property. Investigate, process, and resolve claims in accordance with military laws and regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with the Military and Foreign Claims Acts. Advise leadership on claims procedures and potential legal risks. Coordinate with JAG, civilian attorneys, and claimants to settle claims efficiently. Train and supervise personnel on claims processes and documentation standards. Ensure continuity of legal services during staff absences. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with significant experience in Military Claims Law. Excellent communication and client care skills. Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
