Channel Sales Manager

Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in security products such as fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and CCTV. This is a hybrid role that involves managing existing accounts as well as generating new business in order to drive revenue growth. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors and resellers Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Provide product training and support to channel partners to increase their product knowledge and sales capabilities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through to installation and support Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments in order to identify new business opportunities Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management Qualifications Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the security industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong account management and relationship-building skills Industry experience and knowledge of security products such as fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and CCTV Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Flexibility to travel as needed Day-to-day Engage with channel partners to understand their sales needs and support them in achieving their goals Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to channel partners Stay updated on competitive products and pricing to inform our sales strategies and remain competitive in the market
