Advert Graduate Employability Analyst (Fixed Term) Dumfries £23,970 - £24,081 This post is for 36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year. Are you passionate about data? We’re looking for a motivated and analytical graduate to join our Employability, Skills and Partnership team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your data skills to help shape a service that supports people into employment, training, and education across Dumfries and Galloway. As a Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our reporting to the Scottish Government, helping us monitor performance, track outcomes, and inform strategic commissioning decisions. You’ll work closely with colleagues to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and translate data into meaningful insights that drive service improvement. Working with the Partnership Management Office (PMO) you will be part of a small team dedicated to working with and supporting the strategic direction of the Local Employability and Skills Partnership. We work with a diverse range of partners across the Third, Public and Private Sectors to enhance and develop local people’s employability journeys. This post is based in Dumfries with hybrid working arrangements and the post-holder will be expected to be flexible and responsive to demand. You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject that has been attained in the last 18 months. This post is funded until 31 March 2026. This post may be suitable for secondment.
