Site Manager- Shopfitting

Site Manager - Shopfitting £55,000 Overtime | Based in Plymouth with Nationwide Travel DK Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing shop fitting company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit outs across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage live shopfitting projects from initial set-up through to successful handover Coordinate subcontractors, monitor timelines, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations on site Act as the main point of contact on-site, liaising effectively with clients and resolving issues promptly Travel across the UK as required (accommodation and expenses covered) Requirements: Proven experience in a similar site management role, ideally within the shopfitting or fast-track fit-out sector Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to travel and stay away as required Ideally based in or around the Devon area What’s on Offer: Basic salary of £55,000 per annum Paid hourly rate, so you have a chance to increase your salary A supportive and experienced team with a focus on quality and delivery Opportunities for progression within a stable and respected company If you are a driven Site Manager looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you.
