This role involves working on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including SIPP/SSAS transactions, Landlord & Tenant, sales & purchases, development, and secured lending. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on commercial property matters, including SIPP/SSAS, Landlord & Tenant, sales & purchases, development, and secured lending. Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, and related documents. Advise clients on zoning and compliance issues. Manage a portfolio of high-value transactions. Work closely with internal teams and clients. Qualifications & Experience: Law degree with qualifications to practice as a solicitor or lawyer in the UK. 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial property law. Strong understanding of property law, contracts, leasing, zoning, and SIPP/SSAS. Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
