Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases. Provide expert legal advice, ensuring the best interests of clients are consistently represented. Undertake legal research, draft documents, and attend court hearings as needed. Collaborate with senior team members, contributing to the continued success of the department. Essential Criteria: Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE in family law. Proven experience handling a broad range of family law cases, with a focus on exceptional client service. Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
