Description We are seeking an HRIS & WFS Specialist who is a client-focused, analytical thinker with a passion for learning new technologies and staying current with system updates. This full-time, permanent position presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Workforce Software (WFS) systems. As the HRIS & WFS Specialist, you will play a vital role in translating business requirements into system configurations, ensuring that our HR systems are properly aligned with legislation, collective agreements, internal policies, and best practices. You will be responsible for the documentation of business processes, user requirements, training materials, and providing ongoing support to employees and managers. This role will also oversee enhancements, fixes, and changes to the SuccessFactors system. Responsibilities Responsibilities of this role include: HR System Integration & Support: Manager system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with IT and vendors as needed Understand the interrelationships between compensation, benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling within HR systems Provide integration support for Purolator's systems across various functional areas, ensuring smooth operation and data consistency Support incident escalation processes to minimize system outage time and ensure efficient resolution of technical issues System Implementation & Testing: Participate in HR systems implementation by reviewing business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that system configurations align with business needs Configure, maintain, and optimize Workforce Software (WFS) to meet business needs Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with IT and vendors as needed Develop test strategies, test cases, and conduct unit testing Administer system release testing, execute user acceptance tests, and ensure system functionality and data integrity across HRIS and WFS systems Participate in system testing for Employee Central and Workforce Software to ensure system accuracy and functionality Reporting: Create custom reports in Excel using pivots, VLookups, and other advanced functions to support various HR areas including performance, learning, development, DEI&B, and talent management. Generate ad-hoc reports using HRIS systems to support decision-making and business objectives Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth integrations and timely resolution of system issues Manage system enhancements and ensure that HRIS and related tools are properly maintained in collaboration with external partners Compliance & Security: Ensure HRIS systems are compliant with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols Support audits, system updates, and security patches to maintain data integrity and confidentiality Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience Minimum of 2 years experience working with HRIS and WFS systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Talent Management, and Workforce Software) Experience in system implementation, testing, and configuration management Skills & Competencies required: Strong understanding of HR business processes (compensation, benefits, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance management) Proficient in creating complex reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLookup, etc.) Strong technical aptitude and experience with HRIS system configuration and support Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across various teams Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to identify system issues and recommend improvements Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment POSTING DETAILS Location: 530 - Corporate Working Conditions: Office Environment Reports to: Senior Manager Human Resources Technology Purolator is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
