IT Transformation Manager

Role: IT Transformation Manager Industry: Banking Location: hybrid model 1x/week in the office in Warszawa/Gdansk/Gdynia or Lodz Remuneration: up to 155 zl/h netvat (B2B) Type of contract: B2B Duration: Long-term Responsibilities: Manage Transformation project leading to integrate IT cloud, digital workplace and cyber security resources into an existing technology landscape. Identify and engage respective stakeholders, collect and document requirements, based on which develop strategy allowing for prioritizitaiton of activities and budgeting. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessment. Develop business cases and secure respective stakeholders buy-in. Manage the transition throughout all the phases from initiating, planning, executing and closing. Requirements: Experience in IT transformation project management, best in IT Cloud and M365 Microsoft services. Detailed record required for one IT transformation project - scope of the project, high level activities carried out, success criteria defined and handover plan Capable to manage projects following waterfall and agile practices Able to collect and document transformation requirements Understanding ITIL Framework Understanding Agile, SAFE Good to know or work with all or one of the following: Azure Could, Terraform, Paas, IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory/EntraID, Cloud Networks, Software Packaging, Cyber Security Nice to have: Good if understands policies and comliance requirements in financial sector, like DORA.
