Manual ETL Tester

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester to join our team and ensure the integrity and performance of data pipelines. This role involves validating ETL processes, identifying issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high data quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute ETL test plans and test cases to verify data accuracy and transformations. Perform data validation, integration, and end-to-end testing in Snowflake and/or Matillion environments. Identify, analyze, and report bugs, performance issues, and data inconsistencies. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to optimize data quality. Use SQL and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards. Requirements – Must Have: ✔ Experience in the insurance industry. ✔ 3 years of ETL testing experience focused on data warehousing. ✔ Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and data validation. ✔ Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements. ✔ Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Requirements – Nice to Have: Expertise in Snowflake. Experience with automation testing for ETL processes. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
