For our customer, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Car Safety Systems Senior Engineer with expertise in Functional Safety and System Architecture to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive safety systems and contribute to the development of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Project information: •Location: Kraków (hybrid model of work) •Type of employment: B2B contract •Remuneration: 100 - 129 PLN net VAT per hour on B2B •Project language: English Your responsibilities Organizing and executing systems activities within projects. Defining and estimating project technical and organizational resources needed for systems activities. Coordinating the development of system concepts in collaboration with other competencies in projects. Taking ownership of key safety architecture related work products at the vehicle level. Providing technical advice and overseeing the development of system requirements and architecture according to AS&UX standards. Providing technical support and coordinating technical aspects of project development in close collaboration with other project teams. Representing the project in customer-facing technical discussions. Leading and mentoring teams in solving technical challenges. Ensuring adherence to company standards, safeguarding confidential information, and protecting company property. Ensuring on-time execution of tasks in compliance with company"s quality system and standards. Our requirements Experience in Functional Safety and System Architecture. Experience with management application such as Polarion. Engineering experience across full project lifecycles at company with an established engineering process. Experience in coordinating systems team activities in multiple projects. Requirements engineering and software engineering experience for embedded systems. Fluency in systems engineering tools and methodologies. Very good command of English. Proficiency in MS Office. Methodical approach to problem-solving. Strong knowledge of automotive market technical solutions. Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. Optional Knowledge of ADAS Systems, Vehicle-ECU communication, Cameras, and Radars.
