Your impact The General Ledger accounting teams are the "gate-keepers" of the financial statements. They are accountable for ensuring that business transactions are properly accounted for and accurately reflect the company’s accounting process. Senior General Ledger Accountants are the owners of the financial statements for each separate entity, as well as consolidated statements for the entire company. The General Ledger is the central core of accounting information system that provides a complete record of financial transactions over the life of the company. Key responsibilities: Being Subject Matter Expert in accounting areas being part of the team’s scope (with the focus on Transfer pricing process) Supporting supervisor in review of the team’s work and various ad hoc non-standard tasks. Transfer Pricing calculations and reconciliations/analysis preparation. Performing Transfer Pricing related transactions posting Running monthly Transfer Pricing process and invoicing Supporting Regions/Controllers in various requests relating to the Transfer Pricing process Overseeing preparation and review of balance sheet account reconciliations/ Variance Analysis for entities in scope Close cooperation with Corporate Tax group/ leading calls with regional/corporate stakeholders Providing documentation and preparing schedules to support both internal and external audits and SOX requirements Supporting less experienced employees in daily tasks based on existing solutions and procedures Here's what you'll need 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance Min.
