Job Description
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in an Enterprise Technology company, Business Excellence, Sales Operations, or Sales Management role. Preferred qualifications: MBA or advanced degree. Experience establishing new processes and cadence within high-growth organizations. Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results. Experience in Cloud and fast-paced growth environment. Ability to navigate and influence within a business environment. Responsibilities Build knowledge of the current systems, tools, and process landscape and lead productivity enhancement initiatives programmatically to drive business automation, agility, and efficiencies. Assess and improve processes, leveraging data-driven insights and feedback from stakeholders. Develop and implement streamlined operational processes that enhance cross-functional collaboration, communication, and overall efficiency. Build and implement scalable mechanisms to monitor progress and drive adoption of new tools, policies, and processes across the organization. Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and with executive stakeholders to influence the product and tool roadmap, constantly benchmarking with best practices in the industry.
