Your responsibilities Develop and implement improvements in the Cards area Collaborate within an agile team and Agile Release Train (ART) Work with various internal and external stakeholders Our requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience of at least 7 years as an HPNS Developer, with expertise in: COBOL, TACL, PATHWAY, FUP, ENSCRIBE, PERUSE, BATCHCOM, SQL/MP Experience in working on ISO8583 Message Structure Experience with the software development life cycle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment 5 years of experience in the banking and financial domain, preferably in consumer card services Experience in Cards Domain or ATM flows is an advantage Experience in compliance-related requirements to scheme (Mastercard/Visa), or interest in quickly picking up this knowledge This is how we organize our work This is how we work at the client's site agile Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance flexible working time
