GENERAL INFORMATION: Industry : banking Location : Warsaw/Gdynia/Gdańsk/Łódź (hybrid work model) Rate : up to 130 PLN/h netVAT Form of cooperation: B2B Main Responsibilities As a key player, you will analyze and enhance mainframe applications to meet organizational needs. Your role includes: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate mainframe systems with modern technologies. Work within the SAFe methodology to deliver projects efficiently. Develop and maintain system documentation utilizing BPMN and UML. Contribute to the creation of mainframe-related policies and procedures. Facilitate the elicitation of requirements from stakeholders. Execute database queries to understand data flow and business logic. Key Requirements 3 years of experience in mainframe engineering. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Expertise in creating User Stories/System Requirements, Data Mapping/Analysis/Modelling and Requirements Elicitation Skills (i.e. IREB/Babok). Strong expertise in executing the database queries and data flow to understand the ERD and business logic. Familiarity with BPMN and UML methodologies. Experience with Agile project delivery tools like JIRA and Confluence. Understanding of advanced database management concepts.
