Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Position: Business Analyst – Market Data Operations for Funds B2B Rate up to 120 PLN/h Hybrid work model - 3/2 - Warsaw Responsibilities: Conduct process analysis and design tailored solutions to meet client and operational requirements Develop comprehensive business requirements, create testing plans, and oversee/execution of testing processes Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product teams, Technology partners, and clients to ensure alignment with strategic goals Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementations and projects Challenge existing processes, drive innovation, and propose effective solutions Perform root cause analysis to address recurring operational challenges Requirements: 2-5 years of experience as a Project Analyst/Business Analyst in Change, Operations, or Corporate Actions Experience working with asset management clients on various investment fund vehicles (e.g., OEICS, Segregated) or Securities Services operations Solid understanding of financial markets Strong command of English (both written and spoken) Ability to take on project management responsibilities when required Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Offer: Private medical care Life insurance Co-financing for the sports card
