Intern / Associate Consultant Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Support projects for industry leaders in driving commercial excellence, through development of strategies and solutions. Work in local and international project teams with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Collaborate with team members to develop best in class solutions for our clients. Conduct data analyses, market research and internal/external benchmarking. Support preparation of project presentations and deliverables. Work on day-to day project challenges, take part in brainstorming sessions, contribute with your perspective and ideas. Support CEE team in business development activities. Our requirements Strong academic background in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, finance, data science, or a related field. Highly developed analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Fluent in Polish. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL is preferred but not required. Highly motivated to develop new skills and grow professionally. Optional Practical experience from internships at other consulting firms or within industry.
