Project: Implementation of Guidewire Insurance Suite for major Insurance company. Your responsibilities In this role, you will oversee the technical aspects of Guidewire integration projects, focusing on design, development, and implementation of integration solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include managing and mentoring a team of developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality code, as well as communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide project updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing technical solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring quality assurance through regular code reviews, providing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation, and driving continuous improvement by staying abreast of the latest developments in Guidewire technology. Our requirements Minimum of 5 years of deep understanding of Guidewire technology, both in configuration and integration. Minimum of 5 years of expertise in designing and developing integration solutions using the Guidewire Integration Framework. Minimum of 2 years of development team leadership experience.
