The selected candidate will enhance diagnostic capabilities by performing cytological analyses of biological fluids using microscopes and digital image evaluations. The role also involves annotating cellular characteristics to support AI development and optimizing staining protocols to ensure optimal sample preparation and morphological informativity. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed cytological analyses and annotations to enable accurate cell classification. Develop and optimize staining protocols to improve sample quality and morphological informativity. Contribute to projects requiring advanced cytological expertise and innovative approaches. Maintain high-quality standards while fostering innovation in cytological methodologies. Ideal Candidate Profile: Master's degree in biology or medicine with a specialization in Cytopathology; license to practice, professional registration. Strong background in cytology with proven diagnostic expertise. Ability to innovate and improve cytological methods and protocols. Commitment to quality assurance and working in a cutting-edge, collaborative environment. Experience Requirements: Completed specialization in Cytopathology. 1-3 years of experience in a cytopathology-focused role. Key Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic cytology, particularly in the analysis of various body fluids, with a preference for the fields of hemato-oncology and non-gynecological solid tumors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and teamwork. Expertise in developing and refining cytological methods and protocols. Strong commitment to quality assurance, compliance with specific regulatory policies, and continuous professional development.
