Position - Legal Counsel We are looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel , willing to work in an adaptive and multinational environment, to join our legal team and reporting to the Group Legal Manager. The company will also consider candidates who live in a city where one of the DAB group's branches is located. What you will do Provide legal advice and guidance on various issues, including contracts, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance; Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations; Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the Company's interests; Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; Provide training and support to the organization on legal matters; Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. Who you are Master's degree in law A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in an international corporate environment; Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law and regulatory compliance; Proficiency in English and Italian; Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Willing to travel; High ethical standards and professional integrity.
