Offerta In this key role, you will oversee human resources operations at the site level, supporting global HR strategies and ensuring business objectives are met. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Manage day-to-day HR activities for the production site, collaborating closely with local leadership and global HR teams. Lead recruitment processes and manage talent acquisition, employee training, and development. Handle labor relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with legal and company standards for health and safety regulations. Animate industrial relations with local employee representatives. Support performance management, implementing programs for employee evaluation and development. Competenze ed esperienza Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws. Fluent in English.
