AEM Developer - Java/Javascript

Overview : The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer role is crucial for our organization as it directly impacts how we manage and optimize our digital content. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy AEM solutions tailored to business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with existing workflows. - Optimize system performance for improved user experience and reliability. - Implement and maintain AEM templates, components, and workflows. - Handle version control and documentation for AEM projects. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AEM environments. - Stay up-to-date with AEM and related technologies to ensure best practices. - Assist in user training for content authors and editors. - Develop and implement testing strategies for AEM components. - Work on integrating third-party APIs with AEM solutions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the content management system. - Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions. - Gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance AEM capabilities. - Monitor system health and recommend enhancements to the architecture. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - 3 years of experience in AEM development. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Proficiency in Java and related frameworks. - Understanding of version control systems like Git. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience with AEM upgrades and migration processes. - Knowledge of web analytics tools and best practices. - Familiarity with content delivery networks (CDNs). - Experience in performance tuning of web applications. - Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
