Snowflake Developer - SQL/ETL

Job Description : We are hiring for Snowflake Developer with Oracle SQL & Data Migration. Experience : 4-6 Years. Location : Chennai, Bangalore. Required Skills : - 4-6 years of experience as a Snowflake Developer or in similar data development roles. - Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL for data manipulation and querying. - Solid experience in data migration projects, migrating data from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms (preferably Snowflake). - Experience working with Snowflake Data Warehousing solutions and architecture Familiarity with data ETL tools and techniques Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes within Snowflake. - Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data manipulation and analysis in Snowflake. - Implement and manage Snowflake features such as virtual warehouses, data sharing, and security. - Optimize Snowflake performance and ensure data quality. - Utilize strong Oracle SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex Oracle SQL queries and stored procedures. - Leverage Oracle SQL to support data migration and integration efforts. - Participate in data migration projects, migrating data from legacy systems (e.g., Oracle) to Snowflake. - Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation during the migration process. - Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues. - Contribute to the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions on the Snowflake platform. - Understand and apply data modeling principles and best practices. - Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to define data requirements. - Utilize ETL/ELT tools and techniques to extract, transform, and load data into Snowflake. - Automate data pipelines and ensure efficient data processing. - Monitor and maintain data integration processes.
