SAP ABAP Developer

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain custom OData services to support SAP Fiori applications and external integrations. - Enhance standard OData services to meet specific business requirements. - Optimize OData service performance and ensure scalability. - Develop and maintain ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. - Work with BAPIs, IDOCs, function modules, and other ABAP objects. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP coding standards. - Integrate SAP systems with external applications using RESTful web services (OData). - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Work with API management tools. - Create technical specifications and documentation for developed solutions. - Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance. - Analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Provide technical support to end-users and other team members. - Perform debugging and performance analysis. - Work independently and manage tasks effectively. - Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions. - Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Required Skills and Experience : - 7-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. - Extensive experience in developing and enhancing OData services. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP concepts, including BAPIs, IDOCs, function modules, ABAP Objects, and ALV reports. - Proven experience in developing custom OData services for SAP Fiori applications. - Experience with SAP Gateway and related technologies. - Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP and OData services. - Knowledge of RESTful web services and API design principles. - Understanding of SAP Fiori architecture and development concepts. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. - Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is a plus.
