.Net Technical Lead - C#

We are looking for an experienced Dot Net Technical Lead to join our team. This role will involve taking the lead on technical projects, driving development using the .NET framework, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in .NET technologies, along with proficiency in ASP .NET Core, MVC, Web API, C#, and PostgreSQL. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architectural decisions, code quality, and the overall technical direction of the project. You will also provide mentorship to junior developers, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and ensure smooth communication between the development team and other departments. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the technical direction of software projects using .NET Core, C#, and PostgreSQL. - Design and implement scalable and secure architectures, ensuring the best practices for development. - Drive decisions on system architecture, technology stack, and integration patterns. - Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices. - Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow in their technical skills and leadership capabilities. - Provide code reviews, offer feedback, and ensure that high-quality coding standards are maintained. - Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage continuous learning within the team. - Oversee the development and implementation of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for web applications. - Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to define project requirements and deliver on business needs. - Develop and manage Web APIs and services, ensuring efficient integration with other systems and platforms. - Drive the process of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). - Monitor system performance and proactively identify bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all layers of the application. - Participate in quality assurance processes, ensuring that software meets functional requirements and is free of critical bugs. - Act as a liaison between the development team and key stakeholders, ensuring timely communication on project status, risks, and issues. - Assist in requirements gathering, scope definition, and timeline estimation. - Work with project managers to align project goals, ensure milestones are met, and help prioritize tasks effectively. - 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies. - Proven expertise in ASP .NET Core, MVC, C#, Web API, and PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with SQL and database management. - Solid understanding of RESTful services, SOAP, and microservices architecture. - Experience with unit testing, code coverage, and test-driven development (TDD). - Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). - Proficiency in source control tools like Git or SVN and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple layers of the software stack. - Solid understanding of web security and data protection principles.
