Title : Zuora Specialist / SME Contract Role. Location : Remote (India). Duration : 12-Month Contract. Start Date : ASAP. As part of a major digital transformation initiative, they're seeking a Zuora Specialist/SME to help streamline and optimize their subscription and billing processes. About the Role : We're looking for a hands-on Zuora expert to take ownership of the platform's Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Workflow modules. You'll work closely with internal teams to manage the full subscription lifecycle, ensure seamless integrations, and deliver efficient billing operations. What We're Looking For : - 7-8 years of experience, with strong Zuora platform expertise. - Proven experience in enterprise-level subscription environments. - Strong integration knowledge with ERP/CRM tools. - Zuora certifications are a bonus. - Excellent communication and problem-solving You'll Do : - Manage Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Workflow modules. - Handle end-to-end subscription management (new subs, renewals, amendments, cancellations). - Design and implement scalable Zuora solutions. - Support payment gateway integrations. - Integrate Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or similar platforms. - Experience with Commerce Tools and AWS environments is a strong advantage.
