Mode of Interview : Zoom and final will be In-person (2 or 3 rounds). Job Description : We are urgently looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Lightning Developer for a leading banking client in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and implementing the Salesforce system across the retail and investment management business. The role involves working closely with global teams, integrating third-party and internal platforms, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities : - Enhance and implement the Salesforce system using Salesforce Lightning. - Work closely with global teams to align regional and global business requirements. - Develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions in the financial industry. - Implement AURA/LWC and Apex development best practices. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, including API integration and RESTful services. - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation. - Apply DevOps best practices such as version control, CI/CD tools, and Salesforce DX. - Develop Apex test classes and maintain high code quality. - Follow Agile methodologies for development and Skills Required : - Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning (AURA & LWC). - Expertise in Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. - Experience in Salesforce API integration, RESTful services, and third-party vendor integration. - Proficiency in SQL and SOQL databases. - Strong programming skills and ability to develop custom Salesforce solutions. - Experience with DevOps tools, including version control and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to write efficient Apex test classes and scripts. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical Qualifications : - Experience in the banking/financial services industry. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX and Agile methodologies.
