Salesforce Architect - Apex/Visual Force

Job Title : Salesforce Architect. Location : Remote. Work Hours : Must be available for US overlapping hours, including client calls until 10 PM IST. Job Description : - We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. - The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise Salesforce architecture, along with experience integrating Salesforce with other business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities : - Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Provide technical leadership across Salesforce development teams and guide best practices for design, development, and deployment. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. - Lead Salesforce integrations with external applications such as Marketo, ERP systems, third-party APIs, and other enterprise applications. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards. - Optimize and streamline Salesforce automation, workflows, and data models. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends to enhance solutions. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex Salesforce-related issues. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. - Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce architecture best practices. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow Builder. - Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and third-party applications (Marketo, ERP systems). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and version control tools like Git. - Expertise in security models, data modeling, and performance tuning within Salesforce. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in Marketo or other marketing automation platforms is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize Salesforce processes and data management (ref:hirist.tech)
