Saasvaap - MS Dynamics 365 Developer - C#/.Net

Job Description : This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an MS Dynamics 365 Developer. As an MS Dynamics 365 Developer at Saasvaap Inc., you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of Dynamics 365 solution development, from understanding business requirements to designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized applications. You will leverage your proficiency in software development, your understanding of business processes, and your experience with Dynamics platforms to tailor solutions that meet our clients' unique needs and drive their business success. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (Sales, Service, Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement). - Utilize development tools and languages such as X, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend and customize Dynamics 365 functionalities. - Develop custom entities, workflows, business rules, plugins, and integrations to meet specific business requirements. - Create and customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports within Dynamics 365. - Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems, both on-premises and cloud-based, using various integration methods (e.g., APIs, web services, data connectors). - Ensure seamless data flow and process automation across integrated systems. - Analyze client business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities. - Translate business needs into technical specifications and design documents. - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to align with documented business processes. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to tailor Dynamics 365 solutions to specific business needs. - Perform unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed1 solutions. - - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations. - Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful solution delivery. - Participate in requirements gathering sessions and provide input on technical feasibility and best practices. - Participate in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions to various environments (development, testing, production). - Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and related technologies. - Create and maintain technical documentation for developed customizations, integrations, and configurations. Qualifications : - Solid foundation in software development principles and experience with relevant programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript). - Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is highly valued, particularly experience with integration between Dynamics NAV and other systems. - Ability to understand and analyze various business processes across different functional areas (e.g., Sales, Service, Finance, Operations). - Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. - Must be able to work full-time at our office location in Kochi. - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work collaboratively within a team environment. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Related Field : A strong educational foundation in a relevant technical discipline. - Previous Experience with MS Dynamics 365 : Prior hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (any module) is a significant plus. - Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage. - Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques for Dynamics 365. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control and deployment.
