We Are Hiring : Senior MDM Developer Location : Kochi (Hybrid) Experience : 6 years in IT, with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MDM Developer to join our team and take ownership of MDM development, integration, and data governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will work on Informatica MDM solutions, data modeling, and real-time/batch data integration to ensure seamless data management across enterprise systems. If you have a passion for data integrity, MDM architecture, and cloud integration, we would love to connect with you Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy robust MDM solutions using Informatica MDM (10.1 - 10.4). - Configure and manage E360/C360, B360, P360 for business users. - Work on data publishing to downstream systems and ensure high data quality. - Define and implement match & merge rules, trust settings, and validation rules. - Perform data profiling, cleansing, and migration activities. - Develop unit test cases for all MDM scenarios and perform data loads/cleanup. - Collaborate with business users, data architects, and technical teams for seamless MDM adoption. - Work on POCs for new MDM solutions and enhancements. - Monitor and troubleshoot IDMC services in cloud environments. - Provide MDM best practices and recommendations to optimize data workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 6 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Integration. - Hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, E360/C360, MDM SaaS, IDMC, CAI. - Strong experience in SQL, data modeling, match & merge rules, data governance. - Experience in cloud-based MDM implementations and integration solutions. - Proven ability to perform performance tuning, batch jobs optimization, and data validation. - Experience working with stakeholders, product owners, and scrum teams. - Certifications in Informatica MDM, Scrum Master, or related fields are a plus.
