Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Zuora platform using Zuora APIs, workflows, and custom objects. - Develop and maintain custom scripts and code to extend Zuora functionality. - Configure Zuora to meet specific business requirements, including product catalog setup, billing rules, and payment processing. - Create and maintain Zuora workflows and automation processes. - Design and develop integrations between Zuora and other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, CRM) using Zuora APIs and middleware. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. - Develop and maintain Zuora API integrations for data exchange and automation. - Understand and utilize Zuora REST and SOAP APIs effectively. - Implement API authentication and authorization mechanisms. - Configure and maintain Zuora settings, including product catalogs, billing rules, payment gateways, and user roles. - Perform Zuora system administration tasks, including user management and system monitoring. - Ensure Zuora system stability and performance. - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. - Develop and document technical solutions and workflows. - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Zuora customizations and integrations. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Deploy Zuora customizations and integrations to production environments. - Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting guides. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. - Stay up-to-date with Zuora platform updates and best practices. Required Skills and Expertise : - Strong understanding of the Zuora platform and its functionalities. - Experience with Zuora APIs, workflows, and custom objects. - Proficiency in Zuora configuration and administration. - Experience in developing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs. - Understanding of API authentication and authorization mechanisms. - Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for Zuora customization. - Experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying. - Experience with integration platforms and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). - Understanding of data integration patterns and best practices. - Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - - Strong documentation skills. Preferred Skills : - Zuora certifications. - Experience with Salesforce integration. - Knowledge of subscription billing and revenue recognition principles. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3 years of experience as a Zuora Developer or in a similar role. - Proven experience in customizing and integrating the Zuora platform. - Strong understanding of subscription billing and related business processes. - Must be able to join within a reasonable timeframe.
