Rosemallow Technologies - PL-SQL Developer - Database Design

Requirements : The ideal candidate for this position should : - Have expertise in designing scalable and efficient database architectures (both relational and NoSQL), including schema design, normalization and query optimization. - Have advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex query development and performance tuning. - Experience with query optimization, indexing and troubleshooting database performance issues. - Be familiar with cloud-based databases (e.g. AWS RDS) and big data tools (e.g. Hadoop). - Have a strong understanding of database security best practices (encryption, access control), and regulatory compliance. - Prove leadership in managing and mentoring database engineering teams, along with experience in automating database tasks and integrating databases into CI/CD pipelines. - Have a strong ability to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and devise innovative solutions. - Show a strong sense of initiative, taking ownership of tasks and proactively seek improvements or solutions without constant supervision has context menu. Skill Set : - Microsoft SQL Server 2019-2022. - PostgreSQL, MongoDB. - Amazon RDS. - Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Execution Plan Analysis and Optimization. - Database Design and Architecture, Database Security, Database Management. - Disaster Recovery and High Availability. - ETL design and implementation. - Microsoft SSRS, SSIS, SSAS. - Business Intelligence (BI).
